As with CDs there are two ways of DVD manufacturing. Dependent on the number of copies you need, you can choose between a replication from 300 copies up with screen-printing or offset-printing and a small run DVD duplication from only 1(!) copy up with thermal transfer printing (also text/logo printing) or thermal re-transfer printing (fotorealistic offset quality). Individually printed DVD-R (screen printing or offset printing) are already available in a run of only 100 copies! Of course, there are no limits to numbers at the other end - any larger quantity required is possible. Our capacities allow a production from several hundrets of thousands of DVDs per day. Therefore, even major orders can be completed on schedule.
The duration of the manufacturing of your DVDs varies with the combination of products and the utilisation of our capacities. For "Standard products" such as a DVD in a DVD box with DVD inlay we need about 7 days. If required and dependent on the current order situation, your product can even be provided within 24 hours, be it a DVD replication, a small run DVD duplication, or screen printed or offset printed DVD-R!
When it comes to the DVD itself, you have the choice between all obtainable shapes and formats: no matter if DVD5, DVD9, DVD10, DVD14, DVD18, DualDisc, 12cm DVD, mini-DVD, or business card DVD, media with imprinted braille, with coloured data side, or high-definition label priniting, partly metallised DVDs... with us you get everything that is available on the market!
In addition to the "standard product" such as a DVD in a cardboard sleeve, a DVD in a Digipack, or a DVD in a DVD box, we offer you a great variety of special packagings as the Jakebox, imprinted wooden dvd cases, the Act-Pac, the DVD burgopack and many more. Furthermore, we can provide printed matters for your DVD of ervery format and design.
